• Finding the Perfect Fit: She will chat to you about your garden size, how you want to use the hut (family gatherings, hosting parties, quiet retreat), and what look you’d like. Caroline will help you choose the right BBQ Hut size for you.

• Clear Pricing: We provide a clear quote that includes full delivery and expert installation - no hidden fees, no complicated delivery charges.

• Scheduling: Once you’re happy, we schedule your installation date, factoring in our team’s availability.

Step 2: The Groundwork—Your Simple Prep

This is the only stage where we ask for a little help from you, and we keep it incredibly simple.

• The Foundation: Every BBQ Hut needs a level, sturdy base. We will clearly advise you on what’s needed. You might want to prepare or have prepared your own base, some ground preparation maybe required. If required, we can sit the BBQ hut on a pegged timber base.

• Access Check: We confirm the easiest route to deliver the hut components to your garden, ensuring a smooth arrival on installation day.

This is where the magic happens. Your job? Sit back, put the kettle on, and watch your BBQ hut take shape.
