Starting at 8m sq up to 30m sq floor area, we can design around the space you have, and what you are looking to achieve with your building. We can offer more than just a square or a rectangle too! These costs include delivery and installation.

Scotia Cabins’ range of Garden Buildings maintain the emphasis on quality and design. Our factory manufactures with the best quality, slow grown timber. Our roofing is designed to last and fully guaranteed for 15 years.Our windows are double glazed and our walls and floors fully insulated. We use quality locks and fittings ensuring both ease of use and longevity.To build our garden rooms we make use of only the best raw materials and building components, and fully qualified local contractors.
Timber: Forest Stewardship Council Approved timber suppliers.
Roofing: For flat roofs we use high performance EPDM rubber roofing. For sloping roofs we use Kerbit SBS roofing shingles.
Doors & Windows: Double glazed, energy efficient uPVC doors and windows for peak energy efficiency.
Insulation: High quality silver-backed foam insulation from Celotex, Kingspan, Extratherm or similar.
Finishing: FSC approved MDF interior boards with Neatmatch damp resistant coating.
Our Simple Design and Build
First tell us what you’re thinking of. Why not send us a scribble (no architects needed). When we know even approximate sizes we can usually give you an idea of price. With this information we can then discuss your “need to haves” and your “want to haves” and create your dream garden building project.
The choices and options are vast: from small windows, ventilation windows, picture windows, long, thin windows, sliding doors, patio doors, extra entrance doors and even bi-fold doors. You name it, we can supply to your personal specification.
It will be necessary for us to visit the site. No problem, one of our design team will pop out and talk you through your dream garden studio. Alternatively, call for an appointment to view our demo garden room at our show site just outside Perth.
Once you have chosen your options we produce you a CAD drawing in 3 dimensions of what your garden room will look like. This is when your dream is starting to become reality; you can visualise what it will look like and, together, we can specify all the other variables such as electrics and heating for your new home office.
Our team will build the base and deliver and erect on site on a date to suit you. Your garden room or home office dream is starting to take shape. If required, we will even take care of painting and decorating.
